Renovation of a fire / police facility in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
All work shall be performed in compliance with the adopted 2018 IBC International Building Code or as otherwise adopted by the City of Spring Hill. The Bidder shall perform the following services in accordance with the requirements as defined and noted herein at the site located at 4237 Port Royal Road, Spring Hill, TN 37174: 1. Remove damaged drywall and damaged insulation above women's restroom, women's shower, main hallway, utility room, and laundry room. 2. Remove any damaged ceiling, baseboards, light fixtures, air supply and return vents. 3. Replace damaged drywall and damaged insulation above women's restroom, women's shower, main hallway, utility room, and laundry room. 4. Replace any damaged electrical and fixtures. 5. Paint area with approved color, matching the existing walls. 6. All piping should be adequately insulated in compliance with adopted code.
