General Description: The proposed new Wellness Lounge will service the Emergency Department medical staff, including doctors, nurses, nursing staff and other medical staff and will be located in the existing shell space in Jacob's Medical Center First Floor. The project is approximately 1,100SF to accommodate proposed layout. The project will provide a lounge area, charting area, locker storage, two restrooms, and lactation room. The University has bid and awarded a CM at Risk Contract to Align Builders, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "CM/Contractor"). CM/Contractor is responsible for bidding and awarding all subsequent subcontractor packages, including this package. The successful Subcontractor Bidder shall sign a Subcontract Agreement directly with CM/Contractor and shall be bound by all the terms of the contract between University and CM/Contractor.
