The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors. This project requires the professional services and expertise of a responsible Contractor to perform the following work: To furnish and install twenty-seven (27) automatic door openers throughout the Kayenta Health Center building. Contractor shall test door opener to ensure doors are fully functioning. **See attached Statement of Work and Product Specification for full details ** Period of Performance shall commence immediately upon award. Place of Performance: Kayenta Health Center, Highway 160, Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta, Arizona 86033. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide supplies with those described in this notice.
