VIA Rail is requesting the services of a supplier to replace the old storage system with a more space efficient and modern solution to make room for the parts required for the New Fleet on site at the TMC (Toronto Maintenance Center). In order to submit a Tender, the Tenderer must comply with the following mandatory criteria: 1. Tenderer must be at the mandatory site visit as indicated in this ITT. 2. General Contractor must have a minimum of 10 years' experience as well as a minimum of 5 years experience in Heritage properties. Subcontractors must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in their related expertise of work with previous experience working on renovation of historical and heritage projects. 3. Tenderer confirms his Tender complies with all requirements, specifications and commits to respect them during the entire project duration. 4. Tenderer commits to respect Contractor Safety Guidelines of VIA.
