Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Fairhope, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project primarily consists of the rehabilitating an existing wastewater pump station. The work will consist of, but not limited to, demolition, insertion of a new polymer concrete wet well, installation of new piping, installation of new electrical and controls, odor control, sediment and erosion control, and incidentals and appurtenances necessary for a complete and functioning pump station. All bids must be on file with the City of Fairhope, at City Services and Public Utilities Building, 555 South Section Street, Fairhope, Alabama, 36532, Fairhope, Alabama, 36532 on or prior to the hour and date first mentioned above, and must be sealed. Bidding Documents are on file and may be examined at the office of the City of Fairhope, City Services and Public Utilities Building 555 South Section Street, Fairhope, Alabama, 36532.
