The work for which bids are requested consists of approximately 4,700 lineal feet of street construction, consisting of bituminous pavement removal, milling of bituminous surface, concrete curb and gutter removal, concrete sidewalk and driveway approach removal, sanitary services, water main and services, storm sewer, unclassified excavation, preparation of subbase, grading, crushed aggregate base course, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway approaches, bituminous pavement and lawn restoration. 5% bid security is required. All improvements to be constructed under Contract 2023-07 shall be completed by Friday, October 27, 2023. The Contractor shall maintain a continuous effort to complete the project once construction has commenced. The Contractor shall comply with these Special Provisions for Project 2023-07, City Wide Street and Utility Reconstruction, which are of special importance for the successful completion of this project. 1000.2 - SCOPE OF WORK Meadow Lane, from Golf Road to Rudolph Road. Rudolph Road, from Meadow Lane to Golf Road. The reconstruction of Rudolph Road shall consist of milling bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter repair, concrete sidewalk repair, concrete driveway repair, sawing, asphaltic concrete pavement and boulevard restoration.
