This Solicitation is an announcement of a requirement for flooring installation services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Holloman AFB, NM 88330. Description of Work: The contractor will install carpet and LVP flooring, utilizing the Air Force's mandatory use Carpet II program. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform the service. All work shall be done in accordance with Performance Work Statement (PWS), which will be posted with the published solicitation. Period of Performance (POP): The POP is for a base year of 1 Aug 2023 - 31 Jul 2024, and four option years. Important Notices: This acquisition will be competitively set-aside for eligible Small Business (SB) concerns. A SB will be considered under North American Classification System (NAICS) code 238330 with a size standard of $19M. All offerors must be registerred in the System for Award Management (SAM). This contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). IDIQ contracts are used when the government can't determine, above a specified minimum, the precise quantities of supplies or services that will be required during the contract period.
