The Board of Education of the Great Neck Union Free School District, Great Neck, New York, in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, hereby invites reputable and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the provision of supplies, materials, and repair services to Maintain, Install, Supply & Repair Interior/Exterior Doors, Garage Doors, Coiling Doors, Door Frames & Hardware. Question Acceptance Deadline 06/19/2023 02:00 PM EDT No oral interpretations, instructions, or explanation of the bid documents will be given prior to the opening of the bids. Every request for such interpretation shall be made in writing, via the BidNet Direct website. All questions or requests for clarification or information should be submitted no later than three business days prior to the opening of bids. A. The contractor shall maintain a service and inspection log on all equipment serviced for the duration of the contract and shall provide such logs upon request from the School District. B. The School District requires that all personnel working on any system will have and maintain proper certification(s). The School District may request at any time during the contract, proof of certifications for all personnel. C. The successful bidder shall provide evidence that it is licensed by New York State to provide interior and exterior doors, frames and hardware installation services, and has been in business a minimum of five (5) years.
