Renovation of a mixed-use development in Temple, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Contract Period: Base POP Begin: 07-11-2023 POP End: 08-10-2023 Contractor Will Provide and Install Gutters on Buildings 44 Thru 47. Includes Down Spouts and Splash Pads Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email only Question Deadline 06/16/2023 at 3:00 PM CT E-mail and send to Cheryl Clark, Contract Specialist, at cheryl.clark4@va.gov . The contractor shall be responsible for providing the services required to install up to 2500 feet of gutters and all accessories on Bldg. 44, 45, 46, & 47. The contractor will provide all materials, equipment and staffing to prep and install on all four buildings. The services provided will be at the Temple campus of the Central Texas VA Health Care System Facility, 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, TX 76504. The contractor shall provide all personnel, services, vehicles, transportation, tools, equipment, lift for side of building, materials, and supplies and any other item(s) necessary to perform and accomplish the task. The contractor shall be familiar with all of the terms, conditions, and requirements herein contained. All work must comply with federal, state and local regulations. The contractor shall verify all variables, measurements, dimensions and conditions in performing this work in addition to coordinating this work with Engineer Services.
