Description: Section includes Project Information, the Work covered by the Contract Documents, the Work sequence, the Contractors use of premises, related Work by the Owner and others, Owner-furnished products, Contractor designed elements, existing utilities, the Contractor identification, coordination with occupants, use of site, and work restrictions. B. General Requirements: Drawings and general provisions of the Contract, including General and Supplemental Conditions and other Division 01 sections apply to the Work in this section. C. This section applies to technical specification sections and supplements the General Conditions. At the Thurston County Corrections Facility, located at 3491 Ferguson St SW, Tumwater, WA 98512, replace the existing IT room air-conditioning unit. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Replacing the interior evaporator unit Replace exterior condensing unit Reconnecting/upgrading power supply Providing a new thermostat for the room Integrating the new unit into the existing Building Automation System (to match the existing configuration).
