Maurice-Duplessis Montreal, QC H1E 7E1 in the Riviere-des-Prairies Pointe-Aux-Trembles borough. The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes: The construction of a new universal access ramp, including the sidewalk, an intermediate landing, a new porch and a new staircase. The ramp will be constructed mainly of concrete supported by screw piles paired with a steel and fiberglass part. The replacement of the awning, the addition of lighting and landscaping are also part of the related work. The existing ramp, porch and stairs will be demolished towards the end to allow access to tenants during the work. WORKS DURATION According to the current schedule, work is expected to begin around August 2023, but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 85 working days from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement. *Award is subject to final approval.
