The project is located in the ETJ of the City of Justin, Texas, south of FM 407, between Bill Cook Road and Boss Range Road, generally following Trail Creek. The site may be reached from Interstate Highway 35W by traveling north to the SH-114 West. Once on SH-114 West, exit FM-156 and turn right, heading north. Continue heading north for approximately 4.0 miles and turn left onto W 1 st Street/FM 407. The project site will be a mile west on the left. The project scope includes approximately 80,000 square yards of 6 -8 concrete pavement, and 64,000 square feet of 4 -5 concrete sidewalk. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid The Owner is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or any bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids or in bidding The work must begin within five (5) calendar days of the date the Contractor is notified. Calendar Days for substantial completion and final completion have been provided by Developer. Phase 1A Paving shall reach substantial completion (including sidewalks and ramps) in 80 calendar days, with an estimated start date of 04/27/2024. Phases 1B, 1D and 1E Paving shall reach substantial completion (including sidewalks and ramps) in 90 calendar days, with an estimated start date of 06/26/2024. Phase 1A Final Completion (final lot benching) shall be reached in 30 calendar days. Phase 1B, 1D and 1E Final Completion (final lot benching) shall be reached in 60 calendar days.
