The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide engineering services for the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport TRACON Demolition and West Hold Bay Expansion project. Services will include assessment, design, and possible construction administration and inspection services. The project is located at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Phoenix, AZ 85034. The estimated construction cost is $5 million. This project may utilize federal funds and is therefore subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 and the U.S. Department of Transportation DBE Program.
