Status OPEN Solicitation Number DCKA-2023-A-0048 Title Bridge Management Program Management Services Synopsis The District of Columbia, Office of Contracting and Procurement, for and on behalf of the District of Columbia Department of Transportation (DDOT), pursuant to the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010, and the Procurement Integrity, Transparency, and Accountability Amendment Act of 2016, is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced firms (Offerors) interested in providing bridge maintenance program management (BMPM) and architectural/engineering (AE) services for DDOT (the Project). DDOTs bridge inventory includes 235 city-owned bridges. This includes interstate bridges and bridges on freeways and expressways, principal arteries, minor arteries, collector and roads. DDOT seeks a consulting firm to provide the BMPM services described herein. The desired outcome of this RFQ is to retain the services of an experienced and qualified consulting firm, that provides the best value, to perform BMPM and AE services, under the direction of the Contract Administrator (CA) of the DDOTs Infrastructure Project Management Administration (IPMA). The selected consulting firm, hereinafter referred to as the Consultant and/or Contractor will be selected using the DDOTs qualifications-based process.
