The Center de services scolaire des Chênes (hereinafter the Center de services scolaire) wishes to obtain tenders in a sealed envelope to obtain the services of various engineering professionals for performance contracts. The contract is awarded in four (4) lots: 1. Lot 1: Civil Engineering; 2. Lot 2: Structural engineering (Foundation and Framework); 3. Lot 3: Engineering in electrical and mechanical installation; 4. Lot 4: Engineering in qualitative evaluation of materials. THE TENDERER MUST ATTACH THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS TO HIS TENDER: - Authorization to sign (article 5.6 of the tender documents); - Commitment of the service provider, duly completed and signed by an authorized person; - Certificate relating to the probity of the tenderer, duly completed and signed by an authorized person; - Certificate of registration on the roll of the order of professionals directly involved in the project (article 5.7 of the tender documents); - Certification from Revenu Québec; - Absence of establishment in Quebec. THE CONTRACTING PARTY MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS: - General civil liability insurance of $2,000,000 per claim; - Professional liability insurance (errors and omissions) of $2,000,000 per claim.
