Drainage improvements consisting of installation of 48" RCP, tie-ins to existing junction boxes, storm water manholes, steel casings and pavement repair on N. Dibrell Avenue from W. Thornton St. to W. Alexander St. in accordance with the contract documents, technical specifications, and plans. An alternative for 48" HDPE pipe in lieu of RCP is included in the bid proposal. If mailed, an additional separate fee of $20.00 will be required from all prospective bidders or suppliers to cover shipping and handling charges. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
