This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) solicits information that will enable SJRA to select one or more Consultant(s) that shall provide professional services for Bear Branch Dam Soil Cement Repairs and Service Spillway Replacement. Questions and inquiries about this Solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the point of contact in the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace. The deadline for written questions is Friday, June 30, 2023 at @ 11:00 A.M. CST. This deadline has been established in order to provide adequate time for SJRA staff to prepare responses to questions from Respondents to the best of their ability in advance of the due date and time. Respondents shall not attempt to contact SJRA Board members, staff, or Management directly about this RFQ from the date of release until award of the Contract. SJRA intends to respond to all appropriate questions or concerns; however, SJRA reserves the right to decline to respond to any question or concern Issue Addendum, if any 11:00 A.M. CST July 7, 2023 SJRAs Review of SOQs July 2023 Date for Finalist Interviews or Presentations (if any) August 2023 Earliest Award by SJRA September 2023 1. Respondents may request withdrawal of an electronic sealed SOQ prior to the scheduled opening time by retracting the SOQ in the e-Marketplace System. 2. Respondents may request withdrawal of a hard copy sealed SOQ prior to the scheduled opening time by contacting the Buyer in writing via email at purchasing@sjra.net. 3. No SOQ can be withdrawn after the time set for the receipt of SOQs and for a minimum of ninety (90) days thereafter. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
