The district reserves the right to award a single contract, or multiple contracts from this solicitation at the sole discretion of the State This solicitation is for a term contract with the Salt Lake City School District (SLCSD) to provide asphalt sealcoat or surface treatment services at various locations throughout the SLCSD in accordance with the terms and conditions, including the statement of work, contained herein. The contract will be a 5-year contract with provisions to cover periodic pricing changes throughout that period. Contract duration: 5 years Question Deadline 06/16/2023 at 10:00 AM MT DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS The contractor shall perform asphalt surface treatment / sealcoating services at various locations throughout the Salt Lake City School District as directed by the SLCSD project manager and in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in Attachment C, High Density Mineral Bond Seal. Contractor must ensure that all products/parts etc. provided under this contract are new, as specified, and of good quality consistent with the standards of the trade. The Contractor shall ensure that all products are authorized for sale in the United States and have not been altered in any way. Contractor must further ensure that any defects in workmanship or materials that would result in non-compliance with the contract terms are fully corrected by the contractor at no additional cost to the SLCSD. The contractor must honor the warranty specified in this contract and must act on behalf of any manufacturer to make necessary corrections to or replacements of faulty materials. Under no circumstances will the contractor require the SLCSD to contact a manufacturer to obtain warranty service.
