**As of August 21, 2023, This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work generally consists of the abandonment of the existing water main and the construction of approximately 400 feet of 8" ductile iron pipe water line, fire hydrants, service lines, and appurtenances. There is an alternate bid for pavement milling and overlay of the entire street. A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the form provided of not less than 10% of the amount of bid. Said check or bid bond may not be less than $500 nor shall it be more than $20,000 and must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety statement in the form provided from a Surety Company stating that the Surety Company will provide the bidder with a bond for 100% of the Contract amount in the event that the Contract is awarded to the bidder. The Township Of Cedar Grove reserves the right to reject all bids, to reject unbalanced bids, and to waive any informality in any bid.
