Description

When the State Purchasing Agent or his/her designee issues a purchase document in response to the bid, a binding contract is created. Contractor shall provide DPS with a detailed work schedule listing: (1) the anticipated performance dates of all scheduled work under this Agreement, (2) a detailed schedule of the number of hours per person, to complete each task as outlined in the project requirements, (3) for all services, a detailed schedule showing anticipated time that work will commence to finish in the building, the names and social security numbers of the people that will be working in the building. Updated schedules shall be provided to DPS upon request or if dates or personnel change from those originally indicated. The Contractor or designee shall, upon notification by DPS, be present at a designated location to conduct an inspection with the agency's representative. Such inspection will occur quarterly to address what is going well and what improvements will be needed. Monthly inspections may be conducted, as deemed necessary.
