Cleveland Heights - University Heights Public Libraries ("Owner") is seeking qualifications for Construction Manager-at-Risk ("CMR") services during pre construction and construction phase for the Coventry PEACE Park Renovation Project, 2843 Washington Blvd., Cleveland Heights, Ohio, (the "Project"). McKnight Landscape Architecture is engaged to provide Landscape Architectural and Engineering services for the project.
