Clinical Care This project involves the Renovation of approximately 6,190 SF of existing shell space located at the 1st Level of the Monty & Tex Moncrief Medical Center at Fort Worth. The scope of work includes structural, architectural, interior finishes, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical improvements to the existing shell space with modifications to the exterior curtain wall system to create a removal wall section allowing access to an MRI scanning room. A new structural concrete reinforced 8-inch slab of approximately 1,105 SF is included in the scope of work to provide the MRI scanning rooms floor. A rooftop equipment area will provide the locations for outdoor chillers and a quench pipe exhaust. Copper radio frequency (RF) and silicon steel magnetic shielding is included with the MRI scanning room design.
