The Contractor shall commence work within ten (10) days after the date of written notice from the District to begin and shall complete all work within two hundred forty (240) calendar days after the expiration of such ten (10) day period. The work to be done under this contract consists of the construction of a new submersible pump station with valve vault, incoming sewer, incoming manhole, condition monitoring structure, construction of approximately 550 linear feet of 4-inch force main, and epoxy coating of existing manholes and detention pipe to be constructed in an area located north of Clayton Road and west of Clarkson Road, in the City of Wildwood, Missouri. The Engineers Opinion of Probable Cost for this project is $836,000. An amount not less than five (5%) percent of the bid amount as bid security to the District.
