Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Hamilton requires a Contractor to complete enhancements to customer service counters with construction of protective barriers in five customer service locations in City Hall, one location each in Lister Block and Glanbrook Municipal Service Centre. Work shall be completed after hours in City Hall and Glanbrook Municipal Service Centre. Work shall be completed no later than December 1, 2023 to meet grant funding expiry date. Documents can be obtained at: https://hamilton.bidsandtenders.ca Award subject to final approval.
