New construction and renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Copperas Cove, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
Any questions or requests for clarification must be submitted to the Public Works Department, prior to 12:00 p.m., June 12, 2023 via email to Silvia Oehl-Love, slove@copperascovetx.gov, Each bid must be accompanied by bid security made payable to the OWNER, in an amount of five percent (5%) Bidder agrees that the Work covered by the Base Bid will be substantially completed within 90 calendar days after the date the Contract Time commences to run and finally completed within 120 calendar days after commencement. Bidder accepts the provisions of the agreement as to liquidated damages in the event of failure to complete the Work on time. Scope of Work – Construction of Pre-Engineered Metal Storage Building Project OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities not involving price, time or changes in the work and to negotiate contract terms with the successful BIDDER, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional bids
