Renovation of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Program of upgrades, repairs and improvements to electrical and mechanical equipment and networks of the College buildings. The scope of the project includes upgrades to the heating equipment, replacement of the motor control centre in the D wing of the main building, replacement of the D wing ventilation system 27, replacement of the electricity distribution station in the A wing, addition of a pre-heating equipment in the D wing, replacement of the elevator in the C wing, repairs of the roofing of the wing B and D and installation of a work out room on the level C2000 of the main building. TIMELINE: The owner is implementing the project by construction packages. Two first packages are being tendered and followed in the report under CRM ID names Development of New Exercise Room and Repair of Roof Pools Wings B and D. Subsequent tenders are anticipated in late spring/early summer 2024 and will be followed in new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
