Renovation of a mixed-use development in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Supervision, dumpsters, trash removal, daily cleanup, taxes and fees Remove and dispose of existing ceiling tile Remove and dispose of existing 2x4 light fixtures Furnish and install USG 2310 2x4 ceiling tile Install approximately (108) SYLVANIA 62699 PANELF3BS045UNVD8SC724GWHTAA owner provided LED 2x4 light fixtures. The new lights will be tied up to the decking with existing ceiling safety wires from the old fixtures being removed. Remove and reinstall all speakers and smoke heads. All security devices will be handled by in house staff working along with contractor. All ceiling grid is to remain as-is. All work will be conducted during summer break and MUST be completed prior to the beginning on the 2023-2024 school year
