Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Sharon, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 47,000-square-foot, two-story above grade, 421-seat educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Construction of a new Elementary School facility at 235 Murray Leonard Lane, East Gwillimbury, Ontario, which will include an elementary to grade 8 school and a 3 classroom childcare center. The building will include four full-day Kindergarten classes, 14 additional classrooms, a dedicated special education room, a music room, a double gymnasium and a large, welcoming library. The estimated construction cost for the Project is expected to be in the $25 million range. Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors are prequalified as well. Documents can be obtained at: https://ycdsb.bidsandtenders.ca Work is already underway, and the school is planned to open in 2027 with 421 pupil spaces and 49 child care spaces.
