Renovation of a water / sewer project in Georgetown, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Georgetown is accepting sealed bids for the construction project: Woods Pump Station Improvements The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for construction services for the installation of a concrete pad. Bid package to address removal of existing concrete pad and asphalt drive apron, to be replaced with new concrete drive and pads. Bidders submitting bids through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City's Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening. Bid Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing Office, Georgetown Municipal Court, 510 W. 9th St., Georgetown, Texas 78626.
