As of 7/13/2023, this project has been awarded to NetZero USA Holdings for $9,973.42. The Clover School District is accepting bids to replace the hallway lighting at Bethany Elementary School. Question Deadline 06/21/2023 at 10:00 AM ET The purpose of this solicitation is to request bids from a qualified, licensed electrical contractor to provide and install fifty-six (56), Lay-in, Flat Panel, 65-571R1 "Satco-Nuvo" LED Series and ten (10), Lay-in, Flat Panel, 65-571R1 "Satco-Nuvo" LED Series with Emergency Back Up lighting fixtures (OR APPROVED EQUAL) to be installed in the hallways at Bethany Elementary. 2. Bid price shall include all sixty-six (66) light fixtures and installation. Delivery of any material shall be in the determination of award. The contractor that is awarded this contract will work closely with the district in regards to the actual delivery and availability of product. 3. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received, and to accept the proposal that is the most advantageous to the district. 4. Payments on contracts resulting from this solicitation will be based on receipt and acceptance of materials/service and a proper invoice. 5. The work will be performed at the Bethany Elementary School, 337 Maynard Grayson Road, Clover, SC 29710. The supplier will work closely with the Clover School District on availability of product and installation date. 6. The contractor shall provide proof of any and all state and local license needed to perform the above-mentioned project and all documents required by the CSD procurement office. Contractor shall provide and install fifty-six (56), Lay-in, Flat Panel, 65-571R1 "Satco-Nuvo" LED Series lighting fixtures and (10), Lay-in, Flat Panel, 65-571R1 "Satco-Nuvo" LED Series with Emergency Back Up lighting fixture (OR APPROVED EQUAL), in the hallways at Bethany Elementary. Fixtures shall be capable of connecting to 277 volts of power. Hallways currently have fifty-six (66) florescent fixtures. These fixtures will be removed and replaced with the LED fixtures. Contractor shall be responsible for disposing of old, existing fixtures properly.
