Bid Closing date and time shall be simultaneous with the Bid Opening. The Project includes furnishing all tools, equipment, services, apparatus, facilities, transportation, labor, encroachment permits, disposal, and materials necessary and reasonably incidental to perform the specified items of work, located throughout multiple Flood Control Benefit Zones and General Fund Areas in Perris, CA, including but not limited to: removal and disposal of debris within catch basins, and provision and installation of new connector pipe screens within catch basins in strict accordance with the Specifications and Information For Bidders, Specification No. # FCD-1-2023-24-02. The Engineer's estimate for the project is $365,000.00. Successful bidder will have one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the mandatory start date September 4, 2023 to fully complete all work. Award of Contract is expected on July 25,2023. All Bidders will be required to hold their original bid prices, without change, for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date bids are opened, except to the extent relief is available pursuant to Public Contract Code, Section 5100 et. seq. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any formality in the bidding.
