All bonds are to be secured from a surety that meets all of the State of California bonding requirements, as defined in Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120, and is admitted by the State of California. City reserves the right to revise the Contract Documents prior to Tuesday, September 19, 2023. Revisions, if any, shall be made by written Addenda. All Addenda issued by City shall be included in the bid and made part of the Contract Documents.
