A. Work of the Project includes construction of all necessary materials, labor, and other appurtenances on Alabaster Fire Station No. 2 in the City of Alabaster, Alabama. This work includes a new stand alone metal building, insulation, roll up doors, walk doors, storage room and restroom, including concrete, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and all associated appurtenances for The City of Alabaster Station No. 2 Expansion. The Owner will receive Bids at the Conference Room of City Hall, located at 1953 Municipal Way, Alabaster, Alabama, 35007, until 10:00 A.M. local standard time on the 6th day of July 2023. B. Perform Work of Contract under stipulated sum/price Contract with Owner according to Conditions of Contract.
