Renovation of a library in Destin, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; and library.
a) Work Schedule i) The successful Contractor will submit a work schedule to the Project Manager at least one week prior to the planned work start date. ii) Once the work schedule is agreed upon, any proposed changes will be immediately coordinated with the Project Manager, but not less than 24 hours in advance of the performance of work for any workspace. Work shall not commence in any workspace without prior coordination with the Project Manager. iii) During performance of work, the Contractor will brief the Project Manager or other Library staff(designated by the Project Manager) on the planned activities for the next day. Last Day for Questions to be Submitted July 6, 2023 The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or portions thereof, to waive minor defects and informalities in the process, to accept the Bid(s) or take any other actions deemed by the City to be in the City s best interest.
