This Summary Notice and Notice of Intended Procurement is issued by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies (CEA FRANCOachat) for procurements covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and/or the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement to provide summary information in relation to specific procurement, as detailed below. Summary Notice 23-49 Request for supplier Prequalification - Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat to prospective respondents to establish Vendor of Record (VOR) lists for - Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following participating agency. Conseil scolaire public du Grand-Nord de l'Ontario 296 rue Van Horne Sudbury ON, P3B 1H9 The VOR list will be for projects with an estimated renovation/construction value of $100,000 to $1,500,000 for the following regions: 1 Northwestern Ontario Region: Longlac, Manitouwadge, Marathon and Thunder Bay 2 Algoma Region: Dubreuilville, Sault Ste Marie and Wawa 3 Sudbury Region: Markstay, Noelville, Elliot Lake and the Greater Sudbury area Respondents may select to be prequalified for one or more regions. An annual evaluation process will be in place to add new vendors to the list however this does not guarantee any additions to the existing VOR list, in any given year. Language of Submissions Unless otherwise indicated, all submissions shall be in either English or French. Date and Details of Pre-Bid Inspection or Pre-Bid Meeting: N/A CFTA/CETA Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this solicitation is covered by Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, and, where the contract value meets or exceeds applicable contract value thresholds, by the Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
