The work includes the addition of 2 new boilers in the UBC Okanagan Geothermal building and associated modifications to the hydronic and ventilation systems. .1 Boiler equipment and accessories. .2 Hydronic water piping and accessories, new and renovated. .3 Natural gas piping and accessories. .4 Vent piping and accessories, new and renovated. .5 Controls and accessories. .6 Renovation or removal of existing systems, services and equipment. .7 General trades work as shown on general trades drawing .8 Power connections, power conduit, all conductors, breakers, disconnect switches, and accessories. .9 Labour and materials for fence repair and re-installation. .10 Repair and upgrade of wall surfaces damaged or cut by this project. .11 Finish painting.
