This request is for new flooring and cove base in building 143, Room E333 of the Lyons VA Medical Center located at 151 Knollcroft Road Lyons, NJ 07939. Magnitude of Construction: Less than $25,000.00 NAICS Code: 238330 Size Standard: $19.0 Million Completion time: Five (30) calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP) This requirement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. Potential contractors must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) with a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and are verified/visible as an SDVOSB in https://veterans.certify.sba.gov at the time of proposal submission and prior to award. Offerors must submit their annual VETS-4212 Report. A site visit will be available for all interested parties to tour the area on 7/11/2023 at 10:00am EST.
