The purpose of this solicitation is to establish firm pricing for goods and services related to Annual Landscape Services for the Capital Improvement Program Department, on an as needed basis, for an initial one-year term. This contract will be bid with estimated annual pricing and awarded with an annual Not To Exceed amount of $500,000 although the City is not obligated to expend the full amount. The awarded vendor must also comply with all requirements of 2 CFR Part 200 to be eligible for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) or American Rescue Plan Act funding (ARPA). Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted online. All responses to questions will be released in the form of an addendum after the cut off for submitting questions has passed. The City of Irving strongly encourages proposers to submit their response to this solicitation electronically. Please call the individual listed in the informal bid document if you require assistance with this submittal. Electronic submission will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
