Renovation of a mixed-use development in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and laboratory facility.
Hoffman Construction Company, Construction Manager/General Contractor ("CM/GC") for BOISE STATE UNIVERSITY LABORATORY BUILDOUT PHASE 1, MCMR being performed for The State of Idaho, Department of Administration, Division of Public Works requests sub-bid proposals for Bid Package BP#4 - Doors and Specialties (rebid). This bid package includes the following: Doors, Frames & Hardware, Fire Extinguishers and Roller Shades. A completed Subcontractor/Vendor Questionnaire including latest year-end safety and financial information must accompany the proposal unless previously submitted. Questionnaire may be attached as a separate file or submitted separately. Bidders must be properly licensed Idaho Public Works Contractors per Idaho Statues Title 54 Chapter 19 and other applicable statutes. A Contractor Controlled Insurance Program ("CCIP") for on-site operations is being provided for general liability. CM/GC is an equal opportunity employer and request bids from all qualified firms including disadvantaged, minority, women, disabled veterans and emerging small business enterprises.
