This bid package includes the following: Doors, Frames & Hardware, Fire Extinguishers and Roller Shades. A completed Subcontractor/Vendor Questionnaire including latest year-end safety and financial information must accompany the proposal unless previously submitted. Questionnaire may be attached as a separate file or submitted separately. Bidders must be properly licensed Idaho Public Works Contractors per Idaho Statues Title 54 Chapter 19 and other applicable statutes.
