**As of August 23, 2023, the project was awarded to Gulf Coast Utility Contractors, LLC with an awarded amount of $7,967,780.71.** The SRF Area F2 infrastructure improvements project is located in the Venetian Villas area of Panama City Florida. This project involves the replacement of approximately 5,150 linear feet (LF) of existing asphalt roadway and curb, gravity sewer mains, and potable water mains along Calabria Road, Valencia Court, Milano Road, Torino Way, and Napoli Road. The project also involves the construction of a new duplex wastewater lift station, 2,100 LF of new force main, 4,800 LF of new concrete sidewalk, stormwater pipe replacements, and associated miscellaneous site and demolition work. The Project has an expected duration of 360 days.
