Provide Mowing and Landscape Services for Lake Carl Blackwell Dam per the Specifications. Pricing is per mowing event with an estimated 10 mowing events annually per all bid documents. Date of Award through 06/30/24, with the option to renew annually for up to four (4) additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement. The specification is to establish an annual service contract to provide labor, equipment, material, and services for the removal of excess vegetation and to maintain the functionality and appearance of the Lake Carl Blackwell Dam in Payne County in accordance with Oklahoma Water Resources Board rules and requirements. The number and dates of required mowing shall be dependent upon weather conditions; however, bidders should perform at least one (1) mowing event per month, and not exceed a total of ten (10) mowing events for the growing season. A mowing event shall be defined as all mowing, brush removal and landscaping necessary to totally service the dam one (1) time. A mowing event interrupted by weather, or any other issue is not considered a complete mowing event. The entire dam must be serviced according to specifications stated below to constitute a complete and billable mowing event. A final mowing event after the first hard freeze of the year is also required. This final mowing event will be included in the ten (10) allowed.
