Bonds shall stay in effect for twelve (12) months after completion and acceptance of the project. Bidder will not be permitted to withdraw his bid for (60) days from the date of bid opening. The need for insurance protection against theft of or damage to materials or contractor's tools or equipment at the job site shall be the bidder's decision and expense, exclusively.
