Bid security in the sum of 5% of the Total bid amount and in the form of a cashier s check, certified check or Surety Bid Bond, shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept and/or reject any or all bids DESCRIPTION: Lubbock County Commissioners Court will receive sealed competitive bids for the installation of a new fire pump at the Detention Center. Size, capacity and specifics of equipment shall be as shown in the bid documents. Project shall include removal of existing fire pump and controller and domestic water backflow preventer, installation of the new fire pump and controller and backflow preventer and includes all controls and electrical modifications as required and shown on the drawings
