Site work for a water / sewer project in Millbrook, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Village of Millbrook Sewer Main Lining Project 2023 Install 8" Cured In Place Pipe for approximately 758 feet of sewer main. The work will be in three separate sections of sewer main. All sections of sewer main to be worked on are within easements. The section lengths are as follows: Reservoir Dr MH79A-23 228 ft This section is mostly clay tile pipe and includes about 15 feet of Cast Iron pipe, 2 capped laterals, and roots. Elm Drive Alley MH45-44 295 ft This section is mostly clay tile pipe and includes numerous roots, transition from clay to PVC, and broken pipe. Maple Ave MH49A-49B 235 ft This section is asbestos cement pipe and has infiltration. Work shall include pipe cleaning and pre/post CCTV inspections. All CCTV inspection recordings are to be provided to the Village of Millbrook Water/Sewer Department upon completion. Maps of the sections to be lined are attached. Ventilation of the sewer lines and surrounding area is required to ensure a safe environment for all residents in the work area. Exhaust shall be installed a minimum of 8 feet above any manhole rim.
