Site Directions: 3701 Point Betsie Road, Frankfort, Michigan 49635 The Project consists of improvements to the shoreline protection system that separates the Point Betsie Light Station from Lake Michigan. The Project shall be constructed between April 01, 2024, and October 31, 2024, with final site restoration completed by no later than May 30, 2025. Owner has the majority of the funds for the construction of the Project; the remaining funds from public and private sources will be obtained based on the Bid amount. Owner intends to issue a Conditional Notice of Award to the successful Bidder within 60 days after the Bid opening and issue a final Notice of Award no later than December 31, 2023. Est.
