Renovation of a municipal facility in Laconia, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Belknap County Commissioners are seeking bids from qualified vendors capable of removal of existing HTP boiler, supplying and delivering (2) new Lochinvar KBH285 boilers as specified in the General Specifications section of this proposal request. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals. The County reserves the right to cancel this request at any time for any reason. Scope of Services 1- Remove, demo, and scrap existing HTP boilers. 2- Install (2) new Lochinvar KBH285 boilers. 3- Install all necessary natural gas piping, water feed, make-up air, and exhaust. 4- Install sediment magnets on the inlets of each boiler. 5- Install new condensate acid neutralizers. 6- Perform all start-up and commissioning. 7- All work shall be performed per all applicable codes. 8- Vendor shall have the boiler inspected by the City of Laconia Fire Department upon completion. 9- Vendor will supply a 1-year warranty on workmanship plus all applicable manufacturers warranties. 10- All work shall be completed by September 29, 2023. 11- Vendor shall coordinate inspection of the unit upon completion with Steve Sawyer from Travelers Boiler RE.
