City of Saint Paul Parks Department is looking for bids on Linwood Park & Rec Building Roof Replacement. Question Deadline 06/30/2023 at 2:00 PM CT Bid Bond Percent 5 Project Summary: Removal and replacement of existing roof system consisting of: 1. Existing Roof System Areas A, B, B-Canopy (GYM) - Existing double laminated asphalt shingles, asphalt underlayment, self-adhering membrane, plywood deck. Slopes varies on building. 2. Existing Roof System Areas C, D and D (Classrooms) - Existing double laminated asphalt shingles, asphalt felt underlayment, self-adhering membrane, plywood deck. Slopes varies on building. 3. New Roof System Areas A, B, B-Canopy, C, D and E - New double laminated asphalt shingles, asphalt felt underlayment, self-adhering membrane, plywood deck. Provide 5 squares of plywood deck replacement for the Gym roof. No additional deck replacement on the classroom roof. 4. Provide new 24 ga. gi. color-coated metal flashing at drip edges, built-in gutter, protective screen over gutter, downspouts, counterflashing and valley flashing. Reinstall existing copper ridge metal at Gym and Classroom building.
