Site work and paving for a road / highway in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Harry Hines Multimodal Connection Project will include a 10-foot-wide shared-use path on the east side and a 7-foot-wide sidewalk on the west side of Harry Hines Boulevard. The length of sidewalk and shared-use path will each be 1.7 miles. There are no existing bicycle or pedestrian facilities along Harry Hines Boulevard making it difficult for pedestrians to safely travel between employment and transit facilities. Therefore, when constructed, the project will include a minimum of 2-foot green buffers between the curb and sidewalk on the west side and the curb and shared-use path on the east side of Harry Hines Boulevard. The project will enhance the crossing treatments by providing concrete curbs and replacing the curb ramps to make them Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant. Upgrades to the traffic islands is also a part of the project. The limits are from Webb Chapel Extension to Manana Drive. This Project will facilitate the movement of public transportation to benefit both the City of Dallas and Dallas County, which was selected in the Major Improvement Project. There are 365 working days per standard workweek allocated for construction of all improvements.
