The Rochester School District is seeking proposals for the sealcoating and line painting of parking and play areas at the McClelland Elementary School Proposals must be submitted on the attached bid proposal form in sealed envelopes plainly marked Proposal for Sealcoating and Line Painting of Painting Parking Lots -Rochester School District. Failure to properly mark the envelope will result in disqualification ofthe bid ifit is prematurely opened The Rochester School District is seeking proposals for the sealcoating and line painting of parking and play areas at the McClelland Elementary School, 59 Brock Street, Rochester NH 03867 to be accepted until 12:00 noon EST on Thursday, June 22, 2023. The bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at that time. I. Scope - The work includes all labor and materials necessary for the application of a properly proportioned mixture of coal tar patch emulsion containing latex rubber (sealcoating) and line painting of the described areas. Crack repair and/or pothole filling will be considered outside the scope of this proposal. Sealcoating shall be applied at a minimum of two coats of 0.09 to 0.15 gal/SY each or product manufacturer's recommendation, whichever is greater. Line striping shall be white and applied at a minimum of one coat at 2 mil or product manufacturer's recommendation, whichever is greater. Pricing for this bid will be based on sealcoating all paved surfaces shown within the highlighted area below and re-painting all existing lines.
