Upgrade to Existing Treatment Plant at the Adams Sanitation Company (ADSCO) Landfill Leachate Treatment System. Tetra Tech, Inc. (Tetra Tech) is retained by Pennsylvania Department of Environment Protection (PADEP, Owner of this project) to upgrade an existing groundwater treatment plant located at 174 Cranberry Road, Asper, PA. The final construction document is prepared by Tetra Tech. For the construction of this project, Tetra Tech is seeking a General Contractor (GC), that will be a subcontractor to Tetra Tech. This GC procurement is by invitation only. Thus, bid prices will not be publicly disclosed.
